JAletti

JOHN ALETTI

Owner & President

John Aletti has operated as owner and president since 1987. Graduating magna cum laude from Manhattan College with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering in 1981, John took over the business after working as an engineer for community development projects in Texas.
With management skills and strong client relations, John successfully led the company through the major economic downturns in the 90s and 2000s. Many of the client relationships John built still stand today.

FRANK AGOVINO

Project Manager

Frank Agovino formerly owned and operated a specialty spraying business. Frank joined Property Maintenance Corp in 2006 after years of strong relations between the two businesses.
Today, Frank acts as Superintendent and Field Manager, in charge of scheduling, project coordination, and supervision.

JOHN ALETTI JR.

Chief Financial Officer

John Aletti Jr. is the current CFO, and handles the day-to-day operations including accounting, estimating, and office administration.
John learned the painting trade as a teenager, working for the company over summers, weekends, and after hours while in High school.
John graduated with a Bachelor's in Finance from the University of Central Florida in 2013. Following graduation, John was employed at BNY Mellon as Analyst & Team Lead, and earned his MBA from the University of Florida in 2016.

JOSEPH ALETTI

Former Owner

Joseph Aletti owned & operated the business from 1960-1986. During this time, Joseph significantly expanded the company's clientele, and transitioned Property Maintenance into the commercial industry.
Joseph built strong relationships with major builders during the Stamford Urban Renewal period, and provided the initial finishes for many of the city's existing buildings.

URBANO ALETTI

Founder

Urbano Aletti founded U. Aletti & Sons in 1910 after immigrating to the United States. The company consisted of two divisions - subcontracting services and a retail paint & hardware store. 
Both divisions continue in the family today: our company as Property Maintenance Corp., and the retail division as Harrison Paint Supply.
